Who am I?

I graduated with a master’s degree in law from Zhejiang University, China, in 2002 and have been working as a legal consultant exclusively ever since.

UGGC and I

I joined the office of UGGC Avocats in Shanghai when the office was opened in 2008 as a senior legal consultant after working for a French international law firm’s representative office in Shanghai for 6 years. I have really enjoyed working with the UGGC team of legal experts to provide our clients with professional and efficient services, advice and solutions for their investment and businesses in China.

My practice

I possess extensive experience in the areas of foreign investment in China, M&A, corporate and commercial law. I am highly adept in legal research, strategy planning and tailoring advice to client’s needs.
