Who am I?
Admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, I am a partner in the Litigation and Art Law departments at UGGC Law Firm.
UGGC & I
Like many of my partners, I have spent my entire career at UGGC Avocats, which I joined in 2015 as an associate, before being promoted to counsel in 2023 and then partner in 2026.
The firm has successfully combined excellence with a strong human ethos, placing collective intelligence at the heart of its working methods. The diversity of expertise fosters dialogue and enables each matter to be handled with precision and commitment, within a collaborative spirit to which I fully adhere.
My practice
I represent clients from a wide range of sectors (energy, automotive, transport, banking & finance, etc.) and advise all stakeholders in the art market (artists, galleries, collectors, foundations, auction houses, cultural institutions, etc.) on their civil, commercial, and criminal matters.
I focus in particular on:
- International litigation: liability actions, asset tracing and recovery, international arbitration, cross-border evidence-gathering proceedings, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, etc.;
- Art law: regulation of the art market, authenticity and provenance of artworks, artists’ estates, transactions between collectors, galleries and institutions, international circulation of artworks, etc.
