Member of the UGGC Avocats’ Restructuring team for more than 15 years, I joined the firm as a trainee lawyer before becoming an associate, consultant and then partner in 2020. I am President of the Insolvency Commission of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) for a 3-year period and a member of the WIR (Woman In Restructuring) association.

UGGC & I

I joined UGGC before I was even accepted to the Paris Bar and have never left. My experience is far from isolated within the firm. The multidisciplinary character of UGGC and the stability of its teams enable me to provide the best possible support to my clients, as deadlines are often tight in my field, which is also at the crossroads of other practices. Being part of UGGC is therefore a real asset and I am very proud to be have been able to evolve there.

My practice

I advise clients on all aspects of insolvency law, from the prevention of difficulties to their treatment in the context of collective proceedings, both as counsel and in litigation. I support companies of all sizes, their managers and/or shareholders, investment funds, creditors, legal representatives or buyers. I act for French and foreign clients. With Thierry Montéran, I am also co-editor of the section on insolvency law in a practical guide published by Lextenso.
