Shella is an associate with the firm.

She is a member of the Cameroon and Nigeria Bar Associations.

She holds a degree in business law and a General Course Certificate in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as a Professional Arbitrator’s Certificate from the UK International Center for Arbitration and Mediation, Nigeria Office (Abuja).

She specializes in corporate governance, commercial contracts and intellectual property.

She handles corporate secretarial work and advises on shareholder agreements, share purchases, corporate governance, corporate financing, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. It is recognized for its expertise in assisting corporate entities with their investment projects. Her skills range from company incorporation to the negotiation and execution of complex commercial contracts.

She has extensive experience in securities, mergers and restructurings.

She has developed a keen interest in digital law projects and advises on specific issues relating to payment services, mobile money transactions, payment service distributor/sub-distributor agreements and international money transfers in the CEMAC zone.

Shella is fluent in English and French.
