My practice

I am particularly involved in structuring projects to set up in China, and provide day-to-day legal support for foreign companies already present, particularly in corporate law, labor law, intellectual property and the drafting of commercial contracts. I am regularly involved in negotiating contractual agreements between foreign companies and their Chinese partners. Thanks to my bilingualism in Chinese, I play a key role as an intermediary and facilitator, helping to decipher the mutual expectations of each party.

Throughout my career, I have regularly assisted foreign companies in managing crisis situations.

I have also developed particular expertise in Sino-French film co-production.

Involved in the Chinese legal ecosystem, I frequently speak at investor events to present changes in the legal framework or address specific issues. I also contribute to the writing of reviews on the evolution of Chinese regulations. As French Foreign Trade Advisor for China, I wrote the sections on medical devices and cinema in the 2025 edition of Sinoscope.
