Wu Yan

A local partner, Wuyan holds a master’s degree in French from Fudan University in Shanghai, and is a qualified lawyer in China. She has developed in-depth expertise in M&A transactions and joint-venture projects.

She has managed numerous M&A projects in a wide variety of sectors (food, chemicals, service, automotive, heavy industry, etc.), and has been able to extend her experience into other areas such as real estate, construction and the environmental sector, and has led complex intra-group reorganizations.

She also specializes in labor law and distribution law.
