Who am I?
I was sworn in as a lawyer and joined the Corporate Law/Mergers & Acquisitions department of UGGC Avocats in 2005

Like many of the other partners, I am a pure product of the firm: intern, associate, consultant and then partner since 2016.
My practice
In my practice, I endeavour to smooth the progress of the transactions entrusted to me and to provide true added value to my clients. Aside from the problems and/or risks I can identify, I am always intent on being attentive and on looking for ingenious solutions while obviously ensuring the legal security and protecting the interests of our firm’s clients.
