Paris, 26/11 – UGGC Avocats advises Hivest Capital Partners on its takeover of the Sphere group

Founded in November 2016 in Paris, Hivest Capital Partners is an independent French private equity firm approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (A.M.F.). Hivest capital invests in buyouts or in the capital of SMEs and ETIs with sales of between €50 and €500 million.

Founded in 1976, Sphere is a European leader in household packaging and one of the world’s leading producers of compostable biobased materials for films and bags. In 2023, its sales were close to €800 million, with over 1,600 employees.
