Maïja Brossard advises and represents both French and foreign clients on all aspects of competition law. She has extensive experience in anti-competitive practices (cartels and abuse of dominant positions), where she advises on compliance and audits, and in litigation (investigations, proceedings before the French Competition Authority and the courts, actions for damages), as well as in merger control, at French and European Union level. She also assists companies in French foreign investment control matters, as well as in distribution law and commercial contracts. Maïja Brossard is also a member of the UGGC Africa team, advising Moroccan and international clients on competition law in Morocco.
