UGGC Avocats appoints Marine Lamotte as partner

Marine Lamotte began her career at UGGC Avocats in 2011 as an associate, and was promoted to counsel in 2020.

Marine Lamotte advises companies on all aspects of employment relations, with proven expertise in consulting. More specifically, she is involved in collective labor relations, particularly in the management of employee representatives, labor negotiations and corporate restructuring. Her preferred sector of activity is French Tech, where social support is of strategic importance in reconciling the management of new social obligations linked to growth, the need for agility and talent management.
