UGGC Avocats assists BpiFrance in the IPO of Forsee Power on the regulated market of Euronext Paris

Paris, November 9, 2021 – UGGC Avocats, a leading business law firm, assisted BpiFrance in the IPO of Forsee Power on the regulated market of Euronext Paris. This French industrial group specialized in intelligent battery systems for sustainable electric transport – in which BpiFrance is an 11% shareholder via its investment fund Sociétés de projets industriels – raised €100 million through a capital increase for its IPO. The SPI (or Sociétés de projets industriels focuses on the industrialization phase of an innovative technology, regardless of the industry or sector. SPI is involved in transforming production methods alongside a wide range of players, in project companies or directly in the corporate sector. The fund has already invested in 16 companies since its creation in 2015. The UGGC Avocats team that accompanied BpiFrance was composed of :
