2nd Giverny de l’Alimentation on the challenges of sustainable food and its entire value chain

David Gordon-Krief and Corinne Khayat were honored to take part in the Giverny de l'Alimentation, organized by the Cercle de Giverny at the Maison de la Chimie. This was a high point for reflection and action on major food issues: production methods, responsible consumption, food sovereignty, public health and climate.

The themes covered were :

  • Who will pay to eat better? The challenge of financing a sustainable model
  • Sustainable agricultural value chains: how to create value for all stakeholders?
  • Between constraints, opportunities and responsibilities: SMEs & ETIs face the challenge of ecological transitions

With this in mind, UGGC Avocats is reaffirming its commitment to sustainable, innovative food and will shortly be announcing the date of the second edition of the FoodTech Club.
