UGGC Avocats avises the shareholders of AEP Electronique on the sale of AEP Electronique to SOFIMECA group
Paris, May 29 - UGGC Avocats advised the shareholders of AEP Electronique, recognised for over 30 years for its expertise in the manufacture of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies for the aerospace and defence sectors, on the sale of AEP Electronique to SOFIMECA group.
Founded in 1994 and based in Sartrouville, AEP Électronique is a leading French company in the manufacture of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies for the aerospace and defence sectors. The company has recognised know-how spanning wire and circuit harnessing, assembly and integration of complex electronic boards, winding, manufacture of custom transformers, and maintenance of electronic sub-assemblies.
This acquisition forms part of the SOFIMECA Group’s external growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its SOFICABLE division (8 companies, €64 million in revenues, over 600 employees) and consolidating its positioning in the aerospace and defence markets.
