UGGC Avocats is advising Eternam and Extendam on their investment to acquire the Hilton Garden Inn Rome Claridge

The transaction involves the creation of a joint venture among the four partners to carry out this acquisition and support the facility's future development.

UGGC Avocats advised the Eternam and Extendam funds in connection with their investment alongside Sohoma International and Sofiparc for the acquisition of the Hilton Garden Inn Rome Claridge, a four-star, 93-room hotel located in the Parioli district of Rome.

The transaction is structured around the creation of a joint venture bringing together the four partners to carry out this acquisition and support the property’s future development. It reflects the dynamism of hotel investment in Europe and confirms Eternam’s and Extendam’s determination to continue growing their portfolio of assets with strong value-creation potential.

Owned by the same Italian family for over twenty-five years, the property will undergo a major renovation and repositioning program led by Sohoma International, designed to unlock its full potential and strengthen its long-term positioning in one of Europe’s most attractive hotel markets.

UGGC Avocats advised on all corporate and transactional aspects of this cross-border deal, including structuring the investment and drafting the joint venture documentation.
