UGGC Law Firm welcomes the 2026-2027 class of the Master 214 in Business Law of Paris Dauphine-PSL University
On 20 October, we were delighted to welcome the 2026-2027 class for a session dedicated to the practice of law and the collective dimension of our profession.
Bridging academic teaching and the practice of business law: this is the very purpose of the partnership between UGGC Law Firm and the Master 214 of Paris Dauphine-PSL University, directed by Professor Sophie Schiller.
On 20 October, we were delighted to welcome the 2026-2027 class for a session dedicated to the practice of law and the collective dimension of our profession.
On this occasion, Charles-Emmanuel Prieur, Partner specialising in corporate law, and Line-Alexa Glotin, Partner specialising in tax law and private clients, walked the students through an acquisition handled by the firm, from the structuring of the transaction to its closing. The presentation illustrated the cross-disciplinary nature of such transactions and, above all, the complementary expertise of UGGC Law Firm: corporate, tax, real estate, finance, employment and other expertise work together in a coordinated manner to support clients at every stage of their projects.
The students then continued the discussion with the firm’s Corporate and Tax teams in a more informal setting over a cocktail reception. We thank the students for their curiosity and the quality of our exchanges, as well as Professor Sophie Schiller for her trust and the longstanding nature of this partnership. We wish all the students every success in their future careers and look forward to welcoming some of them soon as interns within our teams!
