UGGC Avocats supports Bpifrance and Innovacom in their investment in Primo 1D

Paris, November 16, 2021 – UGGC Avocats, a leading business law firm, assisted Bpifrance and Innovacom in their investment in Primo 1D. Primo 1D, the world leader in intelligent electronic wire thanks to its E-ThreadTM technology, has raised €15 million from several investors including Innovacom and Bpifrance via its SPI (“Société de Projets Industriels”) fund as part of the Future Investment Program. The SPI investment fund (or “Sociétés de projets industriels”) focuses on the industrialization phase of an innovative technology, regardless of the industry or sector. SPI is involved in transforming production methods alongside a wide range of players, either in project companies or directly in the corporate sector. The fund has already invested in 16 companies since its creation in 2015. For over 30 years, Innovacom has been supporting the growth of an entrepreneurial dynamic driven by technological innovation. Specialized in supporting start-ups, Innovacom is committed to financing disruptive innovations and supporting major digital, industrial, environmental and societal transformations.
