As part of UGGC Avocats’ sponsorship of the Cergy Paris University DJCE class, Marine Simonnot and François Marteau had the pleasure of running a course on Friday April 10 on the individual and collective consequences of transferring a business, both in an in bonis situation and when taking over as part of an assignment plan, and on the process of taking over as part of an assignment plan.

This moment had a special resonance for them, as they were very happy to return to this Master 2 that they themselves attended. 🎓

This theme, at the crossroads of employment law and insolvency proceedings, was a natural fit for the DJCE, whose excellence is based on a cross-disciplinary, demanding and practical approach to business law.

Many thanks to the students for the quality of their exchanges, and to the University of Cergy Paris for its warm welcome. We were also proud and delighted to welcome several students from this year’s intake for internships at the beginning of the year, who did the course proud.
