ANED Annual Conference on 10 April 2025 ‘Property dismemberment from the perspective of private international law’.

In a world where families and entrepreneurs are increasingly mobile, the legal and tax management of property dismemberment in an international context is becoming a real challenge. Cross-border inheritance, international wealth strategies and complex tax issues raise major problems, accentuated by the difficulty of reconciling common law and civil law systems. The articulation of property rights, inheritance rules and tax regimes calls for an expert, tailored approach.

In partnership with the Institut national des formations notariales, ANED is organizing its annual colloquium on April 10, 2025 on the theme of ‘Property dismemberment from the perspective of private international law’. Line-Alexa Glotin will be speaking alongside Professor Sara GODECHOT-PATRIS and Maître Hélène PEISSE, Notaire.
