Olivier Moriceau

Partner
Offices / Paris office

I joined UGGC Avocats in 2021 as a partner in charge of the Banking & Finance department with more than 15 years of experience in international business law firms in Paris.

UGGC & I

I am very happy to have joined UGGC Avocats, a firm dedicated to its clients, with a reputation for excellence in all its areas of expertise. The collaborative and multidisciplinary mind-set of the lawyers, as well as our common desire to further develop a team specialized in banking and finance law, were decisive in guiding my choice to join UGGC Avocats. I was also impressed by the great capacity of the teams to assist the clients in France and abroad (Europe, Africa, Asia and South America) through their structured network.

My practice

For more than 15 years, I have been advising clients on all types of domestic and cross-border financings. I assist both French and foreign clients in connection with their listed and unlisted bonds issues (including Euro PP issues) and loan facilities covering the whole spectrum of syndicated corporate loans, acquisition financing, real estate financing, project finance, structured finance and securitisation.
