My practice
My practice covers the following areas:
- The creation, management, and defense of trademark and design portfolios in all countries (prior art searches, validity opinions, filing strategies, audits, watch services, oppositions, negotiation of coexistence and settlement agreements, petition or summary proceedings, infringement seizures, infringement litigation, unfair competition, free-riding/parasitism);
- Patents, in both advisory and litigation capacities (R&D agreements, industrial partnerships, consortiums (patent pools), confidentiality agreements, biological material transfer agreements, feasibility study and prototyping agreements, know-how disclosure agreements, settlements, license/assignment agreements, infringement litigation, employee invention disputes);
- Software, primarily in contractual matters (license agreements, SaaS agreements, maintenance and IT outsourcing agreements, contracts for the creation of websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms, liability disputes involving IT service providers and digital system suppliers);
- Literary and artistic property, where I generally act in an advisory capacity (legal consultations, negotiation of contracts relating to the acquisition and transfer of works in the applied arts);
- Personal data, where I carry out assignments as an outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO) for large corporate groups, and assist a corporate clientele in pre-litigation and litigation matters before supervisory authorities (notably the CNIL).
