UGGC Avocats advises Evariste in its equity reorganisation

Paris, November 19, 2021 – UGGC Avocats, a leading law firm, has advised Evariste, one of the French leaders in multi-services for local authorities and private players, in its equity reorganisation: Luxempart, an investment company listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange, has just acquired a significant stake in Evariste. Luxempart succeeds Montefiore Investment, a shareholder since 2014 alongside the manager of Evariste, who will continue to control the group’s capital.
