UGGC Avocats assists Armoric Holding in the takeover of EGI-Klubb Group
Paris, November 26, 2025 - UGGC Avocats has advised Armoric Holding on the sale of Ardennes-based EGI-Klubb Group, France's leading manufacturer of lifting arms for civil security, industry and defense vehicles.
The takeover bid submitted by Armoric Holding, with the option of substitution in favor of the newly-formed Carnegi, was accepted by the Sedan Commercial Court on October 20, 2025, after EGI Klubb Group had been placed in receivership in July 2025.
Armoric HoldingArmoric Holding, with 500 employees and consolidated sales of 100 million euros, specializes in specialty bodywork (armored vehicles, industrial sheet metal, precision mechanics and automotive safety components). It owns well-known entities such as Sides (manufacturer of fire-fighting vehicles), Essonne Sécurité (European leader in the transport of sensitive materials, including armored vehicles) and Carosserie Guitton (France’s leading manufacturer of multi-stage livestock trucks).
Carnegi thus becomes Armoric Holding’s 12th industrial site.
The integration of EGI Klubb Group’s business into the Armoric Holding group means that a precision activity can be maintained, and completes the range of services offered by the latter.
