UGGC Avocats assists Orveda in the structuring and negotiation of a licensing agreement with Coty

The Orveda brand is thus added to Coty’s portfolio, which includes prestigious brands such as Adidas, Balenciaga, Chloe and Gucci. Orveda is a brand that combines naturalness and advanced technology.
