Who am I?
After several years with EY and Landwell, and then with another law firm, I was able to take part in this great adventure of UGGC and became a partner in 1994.
UGGC & me
These many years mark my attachment to the model of an independent international business law firm covering the areas of business law and the women and men who compose it.
My practice
Over time, it has evolved to cover several legal matters and sectors of activity.
It is first and foremost a tax but the client’s demand leads me to intervene more generally on the situation of the entrepreneur, his family and his company in the areas in particular of the transmission. The multidisciplinarity of the firm is a real asset for this type of operation.
The trust that these entrepreneurs and their families give me is a very great source of personal satisfaction and enrichment.
