The Tax Department boasts over 30 years of international expertise, serving our French and foreign customers, individuals, legal entities and foreign entities.
UGGC Avocats has also developed experience in managing international flows within multinational groups, and in international transactions or setting up business abroad, and in investments outside France, within the European Union and in third countries.
Our teams have a strong practice in intra-Community transactions and international restructuring, and also assist French customers and international groups in setting up and monitoring their intra-group services, with a view to securing their transnational corporate tax and VAT operations.
International networks
International support for our customers is provided by a network of foreign law firms and UGGC offices abroad, in Europe, the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) zone, Asia (China, Taiwan, Korea, South-East Asia) and South America, notably Brazil.
The Tax Law team, in liaison with the Casablanca and Shanghai offices, has developed a high value-added expertise in Moroccan, Chinese and Hong Kong taxation, both in terms of supporting investments and local set-up schemes, and in the day-to-day tax monitoring of French and foreign companies investing and developing their international activities.
