Who am I?

Following a career in the private sector and in law firms, I founded UGGC Avocats – with other lawyers – in 1993.

From the onset, my foremost speciality is the law of company transfers (what some posers call M&A), providing advice or assisting with litigation, but also deal with the management of the personal assets of wealthy families and I am involved in arbitration, international in particular.

I am also involved in professional associations and organisations (ACE…) and I am currently President of the UIA.

UGGC and I

After many years I still enjoy doing my job as a lawyer with the same pleasure because it is different from other jobs in that you can deal with a case from start to finish.

This is probably a satisfaction which is common to all lawyers but what I am personally proud of, apart from creating this firm, is to meet former interns, 10 or 20 years on, and to hear them say what pleasure they had working with us.
