UGGC Avocats at the 70th Congress of the Union Internationale des Avocats in Marrakech

From 28 October to 1 November 2026, Jean-Jacques Uettwiller and Thierry Montéran founding partners of UGGC Avocats, are representing the Firm at the 70th Congress of the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA) in Marrakech.

Chaired by Fernando Hernández Gómez, President of the UIA, and Driss Chater, President of the Congress, this edition is structured around two main themes: “Major Sporting Events at the Crossroads of Human Rights, the Economy and Sustainable Development” and “What Role does Law (still) Play in International Trade?”. Past President of the UIA, Jean-Jacques Uettwiller returns to an organisation he has been involved in for many years.
