In 2018, only 17% of MIPIM attendees were women, a figure that reveals the still too-limited place of women in the real estate industry.

The association’s ambition is to go well beyond this 17% figure and, in the long term, no longer need to measure to prove the obvious: women must be fully recognized, visible and considered in the real estate industry.

The means: to create a strong, supportive, intergenerational women’s network.
