Who am I?
After studying business law at university, I decided to specialise in employment law, which, far from being limited to managing relations between employers and employees, is a veritable tool at the service of business and growth. With this in mind, I joined the employment law team at UGGC Avocats in 2011. I work with clients on a daily basis to manage their employment issues, using a pragmatic approach and tailor-made solutions.
UGGC & I
I began my career as a lawyer with UGGC Avocats, first as an associate and then as counsel in 2020. I have been a partner since 2025. I enjoy working in this multi-disciplinary firm, where all the teams work with strength and energy, with the aim of providing secure and innovative solutions for clients.
My practice
I advise companies of all sizes and in all sectors of activity on employment law issues, bearing in mind that my preferred sector of activity is French Tech. Employment support is of strategic importance here, in order to reconcile the management of new social obligations linked to growth, the need for agility and talent management. I can advise on a wide range of issues, as well as handling litigation (individual or collective, before the courts or administrative tribunals), with proven technical expertise in managing technical and complex employment law cases, particularly restructuring.
