Interlaw’s Special Business Team (SBT) meeting dedicated to mergers and acquisitions

Interlaw Ltd.’s M&A working group met on November 28 to discuss “The Future of Transactions: Mergers & Acquisitions in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”.

Ali Bougrine, Managing Partner at UGGC Avocats, and Stefan Bais, Partner at AKD, welcomed over 30 colleagues from around the world to share their analyses, exchange best practices and explore the impact of AI on the M&A sector.
