Who am I?
I joined UGGC from its inception, becoming one of the partners in 2001.
My activity is mainly focused on M & A, but I also intervene in banking and financial law, especially on behalf of foreign clients that I assist as part of their investments in France. As a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), I am also involved in the firm’s international business, notably through the animation of our Interlaw network.
UGCC & me
It is for me a great pride to have taken part, since its inception, in the adventure UGGC, and to contribute since then to its development, whether in France or abroad.
If I have remained faithful to it, it is because I find in it my values and my conception of our profession: a high level of competence; a permanent intellectual challenge; the concern to understand the client’s job and his concerns.
My practice
I mainly work in the pharmaceutical sector, in IT services and in electronic banking, as well as in the hotel and car industry.
