A multidisciplinary approach
Accustomed to working with the firm’s other teams, she is able to propose comprehensive litigation strategies to her customers, involving, where appropriate, actions before all national jurisdictions – constitutional (QPC), administrative or judicial – and European courts.
In particular, this multi-disciplinary approach enables the firm to support its clients in cases brought before the civil courts, combining its skills in public law and civil procedure.
The firm is particularly advanced in three areas:
- Contractual litigation, whether relating to the award of a contract (pre-contractual summary proceedings, appeals against the contract or for compensation) or to its performance (settlement of performance disputes, penalties for non-performance, termination, contractual liability, etc.).
- Litigation relating to economic regulation (settlement of disputes before regulatory authorities, challenges to regulations or decisions by administrative authorities)
