Presentation

Corentin Chevallier has been practicing environmental law at the highest level for over 20 years. Having worked with some of the best names in the field (Boivin et associés, Winston & Strawn), he created and developed the environmental practice at Foley Hoag with Carine Le Roy-Gleizes as partner. He has developed particular expertise in mining and extractive activities, air quality and climate mitigation and adaptation issues, and advises several operators in the energy and ecological transition sectors. He also advises private and public-sector clients on standard environmental issues (classified installations for environmental protection, waste, water, biodiversity), particularly in relation to infrastructure projects.
He also handles environmental litigation and administrative, civil and criminal liability issues for industrial operators, reinforcing the firm’s offering in environmental risk management and regulatory compliance.

Corentin Chevallier is a member of several scientific committees on environmental matters, a member of the Fédération interprofessionnelle des métiers de l’environnement atmosphérique (FIMEA), publishes articles (BDEI, …) and regularly organizes webinars on his preferred subjects.
The appointment of Carine Le Roy-Gleizes and Corentin Chevallier to UGGC Avocats reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing strategic and innovative support in environmental and energy transition matters.
