Focus areas
- Support for projects with an environmental footprint, from design to completion, including securing administrative procedures, compliance issues, impact management and associated risks (ICPE, IED, water law, mining law, waste, SEVESO, etc.);
- Securing and optimizing the recovery of resources, in all areas of the circular economy, in particular by supporting operators in eco-design, the re-use of products at the end of their life cycle, recycling and waste recovery strategies, and the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility obligations;
- Definition of strategies for the reconversion of impacted land, closure of industrial sites, support for their transformation and development, including the contractual and administrative aspects of managing polluted soils and former mining sites; management of the associated liability issues;
- Biodiversity protection, whether through the application of regulatory mechanisms (ERC sequence, offsetting, protected species regulations, compensation for ecological damage) or voluntary mechanisms (carbon neutrality);
- Management of hazardous products, implementation of regulations on products and substances;
- Securing acquisition and disposal operations (audits, environmental clauses)
