Counsel
Benoit Marx
Presentation
I have practised as a lawyer since 2014 in the fields of town planning, development and regulatory and public real estate law, in the public business law department of UGGC Avocats. I became counsel in 2024.
UGGC and me
UGGC means a lot to me. It’s the firm where I started out as a lawyer. I found a firm that strives for excellence in the matters it handles, that offers its clients comprehensive support in bringing their projects to fruition, and within which we maintain strong links between lawyers. I’m totally committed to this project.
My practice
My practice is divided between advice and litigation, whether as plaintiff or defendant, in all areas of town planning, development and property law in its regulatory and public aspects. I regularly advise on matters relating to planning permission, planning rules and documents, development (expropriation, pre-emption, ZACs, subdivisions, etc.), commercial property (ERP, change of use, approval, planning tax, etc.), public property and criminal planning law.
