UGGC Law Firm is honored to be ranked this year among the best law firms in the 2021 edition of the Legal 500 guide in dispute resolution: commercial litigation.
Who am I?
A lawyer for 23 years, in 2006 I became partner in the firm which had recruited me, first as an intern and then as an associate.
In 2017, I joined UGGC Avocats with some of my partners in order to build up the real estate and litigation departments.
UGGC & I
Because an assignment, whether as litigator or as consultant, will often involve several areas of the law, it is essential to be able to offer my foreign and my French clients a multidisciplinary approach based on serious competences in each of the areas concerned. This is what UGGC Avocats can do.
Trained in civil law with a specialisation in real estate law, I deal with acquisitions of real estate properties (by carrying out rental situation audits in particular), negotiations of leases and their amendments, their renewal or their termination, but also get involved in relationships with the organizations involved in the property (e.g.: condominium, AFUL) as well as real estate and building trade professionals. I will also represent my clients with their litigations on all aspects of the life of their property and assist them with legal assessments.
In general terms, I assist with civil and commercial litigations, paying special attention to ensuring that protection measures are taken upstream and taking care of enforcement once a decision has been obtained.
It is on the solid experience I have acquired in dealing with complex litigations that is based the advice I give my clients to assist them in their contractual negotiations.
