UGGC Avocats is advising RedTree Capital on the acquisition of the Alpha building in Boulogne-Billancourt

UGGC Avocats advised RedTree Capital on its acquisition from Praemia REIM of the Alpha building, an office complex of approximately 7,600 m² located on Quai du Point-du-Jour in Boulogne-Billancourt.

This new acquisition is fully in line with RedTree Capital’s value-add strategy, which focuses on identifying assets with strong value-creation potential within established commercial real estate markets.

Vacant since the departure of its previous occupant, the Alpha building will undergo an ambitious renovation and repositioning program designed to meet new market standards for workspace quality, environmental performance, and user comfort. Following this transformation, the property is expected to regain a leading position in the Boulogne-Billancourt office market.

This transaction once again demonstrates RedTree Capital’s ability to identify assets with significant appreciation potential and to implement value-creation strategies based on ambitious property transformations and a long-term vision.
