Interlaw 2025 EMEA of the Women of Interlaw (WIN) network

Our partners Jennifer Carrel, EMEA Chair of the WIN Group, Malka Marcinkowski, Clémence Lemétais d’Ormesson and Anne-Marie PECORARO welcomed over 30 female lawyers from the Interlaw Ltd. network.

A day and an evening rich in exchanges between women lawyers committed to the challenges of women’s leadership and the development of the WIN network.

The day was marked by two highlights:

• Women’s Leadership” workshop led by Charlotte Montpezat, focusing on power dynamics and the benefits of a dedicated women’s network.
• Team Building” workshop led by Stéphane Vallée, focusing on self-knowledge, networking and the role of women in our careers.
