“Sufficiently detailed summary”: 2025 will be the year of truth in the implementation of the AI Act

The CSPLA report on the implementation of the European regulation establishing harmonized rules on AI provides the ingredients but…not the recipe! The European AI office created by the IA Act, is due to publish a “European model” to be followed by the Twenty-Seven shortly, by Anne-Marie Pecoraro.

The report “lA and Transparency of training data”, published on December 11, 2024 by the Conseil supérieur de la propriété littéraire et artistique (CSPLA), is part of the preparations for the implementation of the European regulation on artificial intelligence (Al Act) and aims to clarify the interpretation and scope of the provisions imposing a model of “sufficiently detailed summary”. This model will be presented on behalf of France as part of the process of adopting a European model by the European AI Office (Al Office), the authority created by the Al Act and tasked with supporting AI providers in their compliance. Publication of the European model is scheduled for January 2025.
