Presentation

Before joining UGGC Avocats, Alison Leroy worked for 7 years at Carakters, then at Franklin from 2020, and recently at Bersay, where she opened the “Life Sciences, Biotech and Pharma R&D” department. She has developed solid expertise in preventive risk management and support for industrial and real estate projects, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.

UGGC & me

What led me to join UGGC was the conviction that intellectual property and digital technologies – which lie at the heart of the life sciences sector – deserve an approach that is as rigorous as it is creative. Here, I have found a firm where technical excellence is combined with a genuine culture of client service, with multidisciplinary teams capable of supporting both a biotech start-up in building its patent portfolio and a major pharmaceutical group in its licensing or litigation matters. What I deeply appreciate about UGGC is the intellectual freedom that is fostered here: the freedom to defend bold positions, to anticipate regulatory and technological developments, and to build bespoke IP strategies, designed for every stage of a product or technology’s lifecycle.
