Before joining UGGC Avocats, Alison Leroy worked for 7 years at Carakters, then at Franklin from 2020, and recently at Bersay, where she opened the “Life Sciences, Biotech and Pharma R&D” department. She has developed solid expertise in preventive risk management and support for industrial and real estate projects, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.

By joining UGGC Avocats, I bring a specialized vision to the support of innovative and industrial projects, combining legal and organizational solutions tailored to the specific needs of companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
My practice
I advise pharmaceutical companies, CROs, biotechs, healthcare establishments and companies in the perfumery-cosmetics and agri-food sectors. My experience covers regulatory affairs, site and production unit management, as well as the negotiation and management of R&D contracts.
Among my achievements, I assisted a French pharmaceutical laboratory, in partnership with an American company, in the creation of a unique incubator in Europe made up of shared laboratories. I have also supported innovative projects for senior residences.
I’d now like to concentrate on innovation and industrialization projects, aimed at bringing new products, services and technologies to market in a wide range of fields, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, perfumery and cosmetics, and agri-food.
