Who am I?
I specialize in tax law and I have regularly been dealing with matters involving the taxation of personal assets and companies for 30 years, providing advice and assistance on litigation.
UGGC and I
First and foremost, I am proud of being a partner in a firm whose founders have managed to develop loyalty in so many lawyers since it was created: there is real cohesion between lawyers, which explains the “longevity” of their careers which is one of the firm’s characteristics.
The main advantage of practising my speciality at UGGC Avocats is to be able to work every day on transversal cases calling on the various competences available in the firm.
My practice
My practice covers the taxation of personal assets as well as companies.
When it comes to private individuals, I get regularly involved in providing assistance to company officers to deal with their tax issues (wealth tax, personal estate restructuring, assistance with tax audits and tax litigation, transfers of companies).
As for companies, my principal activity is to provide advice on general transactional taxation of companies, but it also extends to the more specific taxation of investment funds and to assisting with accounting audits and then with tax litigation.
Providing support to private individuals as well as companies in their sponsoring activities (endowment funds in particular) is also part of my activities.
