Who am I?

Partner lawyer responsible for UGGC’s litigation team for 20 years, I regularly intervene in litigation relating to contract law and liability, with a specific contentious activity around health law.

Litigation is an important part of the firm’s business, which I am proud to embody with my team.

UGGC & me

For me, UGGC represents unity, the rallying of all differences in all areas of law with a view to the same shared objective: the best legal service for the satisfaction of our clients.

The best proof of success is the loyalty of our customers and ours.

My practice

My area of expertise is the law of medical liability (medical accidents, nosocomial infections, iatrogenic diseases, health products, medical devices, vaccines, medicines, etc.) which imposes both the control of civil, administrative and penal procedures, and know-how in the management of so-called « serial » damage. The follow-up of collective disputes, with other departments of the firm, constitutes a new evolution of my activity and of the litigation department.
