With over 25 years’ experience in industrial risk management and insurance, during which time I have been involved in a wide range of cases, such as the aftermath of industrial accidents (petrochemical sites, steelworks, glass furnaces, recovery centers, etc.), major frauds (Madoff, Kerviel) and historical pollution (Alsace water table), I have developed a passion for the energy and ecological transition, and use my skills and experience to help innovative project developers: renewable gases, low-carbon buildings, circular economy.
Founder in 2009 of Carakters, a boutique dedicated to these activities, I joined various business firms from 2020 to create an “Insurance and Industrial Risks” department, before joining UGGC in 2024.
UGGC & me
Founder and first secretary of the Barreau Entrepreneurial within the Paris Bar Association, I’m convinced that the legal profession must be practiced within a collective driven by the desire to provide its clients with operational legal solutions, and to be a trusted partner who knows how to listen to them, reassure them and guide them, to offer them a level of standards commensurate with the trust they place in us. I’ve found that the members of UGGC share this same determination, and the same entrepreneurial spirit that keeps us on our toes.
My practice
I defend the interests of manufacturers and service providers in the face of critical situations such as explosions, fires, cyber attacks or natural disasters. I also support my clients in defining and deploying their risk management policies, and in concluding their insurance programs.
My technical and economic expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including logistics construction, heavy industry (steel, petrochemicals, glass), food processing and renewable energies. I’m vice-president of Biogaz Vallée, an active member of the ATEE Biogas Club, and a member of several commissions and professional associations specializing in ecological transition: Top Tier Impact, Transition Forum, Neutrality, etc.
