Club UGGC launches its first 2025 edition: Food 4.0 – Towards sustainable and innovative food

June 10, 2025 | Pavillon Ledoyen – Yannick Alléno

The partners of UGGC Avocats host Club UGGC, a series of sector-specific meetings dedicated to the technological and regulatory transformations of key economic sectors. Each event brings together decision-makers, legal experts, entrepreneurs, investors and innovators to discuss a central issue: how to reconcile law, innovation and sustainability.

The first edition, organized on June 10, 2025 from 11am at the Pavillon Ledoyen, tackles a hot topic of the moment: the mutations of the agri-food industry in the era of FoodTech 4.0.

Initiated by the partners of UGGC Avocats, this club aims to create a forum for cross-disciplinary exchange, combining legal expertise, feedback and sectoral foresight. For this first edition, the event brings together an exceptional panel of speakers from the fields of agriculture, investment, distribution… and haute gastronomy:

  • Yannick Alléno, three-star chef and architect of scientific, sustainable cuisine
  • Sylvain Bedel, Director of Regulatory Affairs at Corteva Agriscience
  • Alain Bailly, founding partner of High Flyers Capital
  • Bertrand Jacoberger, President of Solinest

Three round tables to decipher the major trends in Food 4.0

  • Agricultural production systems and natural resources: towards regenerative and sustainable agriculture within a legal and regulatory framework to shape the food of tomorrow
  • Technological innovations and the legal framework: supporting and protecting the deployment of innovations within a complex regulatory framework (NGT, etc.). How can the law be an asset for organizations and startups joining the foodtech ecosystem?
  • Tomorrow’s distribution & consumption: between brand storytelling, clean label and product innovation, how do you get a FoodTech start-up onto the shelves? What are the new investment, selection and marketing criteria?

A forum for dialogue between lawyers, entrepreneurs and innovators

With Club UGGC, the firm is reinforcing its strategic support approach for innovative companies, providing them with an expert, sector-specific reading of current changes. The law becomes a catalyst for innovation, a lever for structuring and growth. Event by invitation only
